Mediterranean Flaketm is similar to the boxed Kosher flake salt. However, unlike traditional refined Kosher flake salts in which the valuable minerals have been removed, while anti-caking agents have been added, Mediterranean Flaketm is unrefined, untouched by chemicals. No additives or drying agents are used. Mediterranean Flaketm dissolves and blends well with all types of ingredients and can be used in baking, cooking, for cocktails as well as a finishing salt.  The crystals are shaped like small, flakes.
