Black Salt

Also known as black lava salt, Himalayan black salt, or black sea salt. This salt has a dramatic presentation and subtle smoky, salty, hint of sweetness flavor. Has purified black lava loaded with minerals and activated charcoal for color that produces a slight sulfuric aroma. Usually used as finishing salt.
